We update rankings when product changes materially affect value, feature coverage, ease of use, or reliability. When new providers become competitive, we add them to our comparison set and rerun scoring.

Our review methodology

We evaluate each online fax service across five criteria, weighted equally:

2. Features — Breadth of capabilities: mobile app, email-to-fax, HIPAA, e-signatures, API, number porting
